Description (Service) | Services altered in response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Refer to Town of Oakville Recreation and Culture Programs FAQs for the most current information on Town of Oakville Recreation and Culture facilities and programs ------------------------------------------------ Drop-in recreation centre for youth in Grades 6-12 Programs and services include: * homework help * computers/internet * resume writing * job search workshops * community volunteer opportunities * free movie nights * S.T.A.R. (Social Teens in Active Recreation) program * video games XBox 1s ,PS4 , Nintendo Switch * ping pong * billiards * foosball * access to gym facilities for drop-in and organized sports * free snacks * houses an Oakville Public Library book depot where teens can take out books and return them, without a library card, and free access to resources on the Library's websites, including a teen specific site |
