Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Exchange Works is Halton's Needle Exchange Program.  
 
All services available at Sexual Health Clinics and via the Mobile Outreach Service.  
Services include: 
* safe needle exchange and provision of other equipment 
* distribution of condoms 
* health information and referrals to drug and alcohol treatment centres
