| Description | The Burlington Seniors Advisory Committee: * provides insights to council on behalf of Burlington seniors regarding current issues, emerging concerns and issues such as transportation, isolation, affordability and service delivery * provides input as requested to City staff and the Regional ESAC * responds to seniors' needs, subject to the evolution of relationships with other groups, such as the Burlington Civic Panel * works toward identified goals in an annual work plan including hosting seniors discussion forums, support of strategic planning for development of local seniors services, public information Its goal is to actively promote the well being and the quality of life for the seniors of the Burlington community. | ||||||||
