Description (Service) This Committee strives to bring a sustainable development perspective to all municipal activities and services by ensuring that the principles and objectives of sustainability are reflected in city policies, plans and practices 
* reviews and comments on major development applications, participates in environmental festivals, and hosts educational seminars on topics such as natural lawn maintenance and home energy conservation
