A seniors' centre for those age 55 and older in a club-like atmosphere 
* programs are also offered in locations throughout the City, for more information see here 
 
Programs available will be based on Provincial Regulations and Public Health and may include: 
* arts, games, and continual learning  
* fitness, sports, and dance  
* socials and day trips  
* TelePALS - phone-in discussion or listening programs 
* virtual programming 
 
Designated as a local cooling centre during times of extreme heat and a warming centre during times of extreme cold
Hours Office Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm
