Behavioural Supports Ontario (BSO) -- call or email 905-278-3667 ext 222, * to improve the lives of Ontarians with behaviours associated with mental health, dementia or other neurological conditions living in long-term care homes or in independent living settings * education, support, counselling and guidance to caregivers and family members * health care system navigation * workers help clients develop strategies in order to minimize responsive behaviours * Psychogeriatric Resource Consultant
