Description and Service Details
Description (Service) An incorporated organization which supports and enhances the capacity for local climate action and environmental sustainability across Halton.  
* facilitates communication, cooperation, resources and alignment with other NPG's, government, faith-based communities, school boards, the private and public sector.  
 
Programs: 
Greening Sacred Spaces Halton-Peel chapter:  
* assists faith communities in creating sustainable and energy efficient place of worship and educate about ecological issues 
 
Halton Green Screens: 
* environmental film screenings in public venues and schools 
 
Halton Waste Challenge: 
* challenge-based program to bring awareness to the amount of garbage produced every day * offered in schools, faith-based organizations, businesses, community centres, senior residences and community groups
Hours * Mon-Fri 9 am-3 pm
