DescriptionThe French immersion program begins in Grade 5. Advanced registration for the Board's French Immersion Program, for September 2010 will take place on Tuesday, February 2 and Wednesday, February 3, 2010 from 9:00a.m. to noon and 1:30p.m. to 5:00p.m. each day at the Board's designated French Immersion schools, as noted below:  
 
Burlington - St. Gabriel Catholic Elementary School, 2227 Parkway Dr ; 
Georgetown/Acton Area - Holy Cross Catholic Elementary School, 222 Maple Ave; 
Milton Area - Guardian Angels Catholic Elementary School, 650 Bennett Blvd; 
North Oakville Area - St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic Elementary School, 1359 Bayshire Dr; St. Matthew Catholic Elementary School, 1050 Nottinghill Gate; & St. Bernadette Catholic Elementary School, 1201 Heritage Way; 
South Oakville Area - St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School, 477 Warminster Dr.  
 
Registration information: 
- student must be entering grade 5 in September, 2010 in a Halton Catholic School; 
- in person only - parent, guardian or other adult with a letter indicating they are acting on the parent's behalf; 
- registration to take place at the French Immersion school designated for your attendance area; 
- enrolment for the French Immersion Program is limited 
- registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis 
- transportation is not provided
