Audiology services: hearing tests * hearing aid evaluations and check-ups * fitting and repairs 
 
General support services: personal counselling and social services assistance 
 
CONNECT counselling services: counselling to those with mental health issues 
 
Hearing care counselling: communication and hearing care support to persons 55 years and older with acquired hearing loss, enabling independent daily living 
 
Ontario interpreter services: American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters in a variety of settings 
 
Sale of communication devices: TTY's * amplified phones * alerting systems 
 
Sign language services: ASL classes, beginner to advanced, available for the public 
 
Language Instruction for New Canadians (LINC) with limited English or ASL: training in literacy and life skills  
 
Settlement services: provides direct and essential services that assist newcomers to Canada in settling and integrating into society
HoursMon-Fri 9 am-5 pm * Wed 9 am-7 pm for General Support Services Counselor (by appointment only)
EligibilityAges: 16 year(s) and up 
 
*must be 16 yrs or older for ASL classes or to volunteer 
*may provide some service to children or families provided there is an involved adult with hearing loss
