Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Provides Children's Services that gives access to equipment and resources to enhance programs for children and youth as well as peer support and contact with related agencies. 
 
Services include: 
* equipment such as laminators, copiers, die press and dies, coil binders  
* meeting room 
* Creative Recycle Centre: provides access to creative recycled supplies 
* professional development opportunities for those who work with children 
 
Programs include:  
Resource Library 
* membership provides services and on site equipment and curriculum resources to support your program 
* qualified staff available for assistance 
 
Professional Learning 
* provides ongoing professional learning opportunities including workshops, conferences, webinars and networking to educators who support and work with families, children and youth  
 
Child Care Directory and Information Line  
* free information service and database for families and community to access licensed quality child care options in Halton  
 
Quality First 
* a program designed to provide all licensed child care programs in Halton with the opportunity to participate in a developmental model for 
quality enhancement 
* ongoing consultant support, specific training and activities provided to help programs achieve established goals

Centralized Intake line: 
* find the right service at the right time for the right reason 
* provides access to Quality First, PSST, In Centre Support 
In Centre Support: 
* provides short term in centre support to child care staff to meet the needs of the children in care
