|Description (Service)||Housing and Attendant Services help adults live in their communities and fully participate in the activities of daily living. The service is non-medical and the service philosophy is to support independent, responsible living by the adult with a physical disability.
* a residence for five adults with physical disabilities requiring 24 hour personal and homemaker support
* a service designed to meet the needs of 30 or more adults with physical disabilities
* personal and homemaking support is provided to eligible adults in their own home, workplace, or education site in Halton Region

|Eligibility||Ages: 16 year(s) and up
Deborah's Home: Clients must be age 16 or older, qualify for Rent subsidy, require a wheelchair accessible living environment and be physically disabled
* persons with a physical disability age 16 or older * has a valid OHIP card * has the ability to direct their own personal support and homemaking services
|Application||Applications for participation in Independent Living Halton programs can be downloaded from the website and completed or call the main office directly for an application.
Referrals may also be made from the Community Care Access Centre.
