* personal fitness and healthy living 
* recreational sports 
* air rifle marksmanship 
* biathlon 
* music–military band and pipe band 
* positive social relations for youth

Hours * Weekly Parade Night - Wednesday's 6:30 pm-9 pm 
* other activities Monday and most alternate weekends
Dates September to June * Cadets selected for summer training attend summer camps during July and August.
