- Walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle
- Participants will take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a healthcare professional or medical student and then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation
- Walk locations: Erindale Park, 1695 Dundas St W, Mississauga, L5C 1E3 or Coronation Park, 1426 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, L6L 1G2
- Lead physician: Sarah Mcclennan, Division Head and Service Medical Director, Emergency Medicine
- Participant must sign a waiver before first walk
