Circle of Friends Program (The) - Provides an adult day service for clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia and/or other cognitive impairments
Gathering Place Program (The) - Provides an adult day service for clients with any of the following: physical disabilities, mild cognitive impairments, frail health
Extended Hours Program (The) - Provides evening and weekend respite for clients with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, other cognitive impairments, physical disabilities and/or frail health * extended hours are available on Tue, Thu evenings 3:30pm-9pm and Sat 10am-4pm |
