Description (Service) Personal and professional skills development program * 7-week program -- capacity 10 participants per class * employment and skills development, mental health knowledge, self-awareness, and coping strategies * individual support and guidance * ongoing peer support network

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) - 65 year(s) 
Veterans experiencing obstacles reintegrating into civilian life after serving in the Canadian Armed Forces or RCMP, who self-identify as having a permanent physical or mental impairment that restricts his or her ability to perform daily activities, and require assistance to prepare for, obtain and keep employment or self-employment * must be ineligible for assistance under Employment Insurance (EI) Benefits or similar provincial programs, and legally entitled to work in Canada -- must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee status
Application Self referral or referral through Veterans Affairs Canada case worker, community organizations, service providers, organizations and support groups serving veterans, mental health organizations, and/or health care providers
