Description (Service) Provides education, support, and resources to individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and to their families. 
Services include: 
* support and discussion groups 
* friendly visiting/respite 
* education programs 
* counselling 
* a resource centre with print and audio-visual resources 
MedicAlert Safely Home provides a nationwide program designed to help identify the person who is lost and assist in a safe return home.
