Description (Service) Information, resources and a network of mutual support through work with local peer support groups * local meetings, activities and seminars provide opportunities for stroke survivors to develop new skills, make new friends and gain a better understanding of what to expect
Hours Office Tue 9 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm * Wed-Thu 1 pm-4 pm

* Guelph and area peer support meetings held on the third Tue of the month, 11:45 am-2:30 pm, 
* Survive and Thrive Caregiver Group meetings, held on second Thu of the month, 12 pm-2 pm
