Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities Benefit (ACSD)
Financial assistance for families who have children with severe physical and developmental disabilities; monthly amount based on severity of disability, family income and special costs incurred; application instructions and form available online

Special Services at Home (SSAH)
Financial assistance for the purchase of in-home supports for children with physical and developmental disabilities, and for adults with developmental disabilities; application instructions and form available online

Enhanced Respite for Medically Fragile and/or Technology Dependent Children Program
Financial assistance to purchase supports, including relief from child's day-to-day care, including in-home and out-of-home respite; visit website for details

Eligibility ACSD

Children and youth 17 years and under with physical and/or developmental disability resulting in ongoing functional limitations; must require help in daily activities and more support than family can provide

Enhanced Respite
Children or youth 17 years and under who live at home, need 24-hour intensive care and monitoring, and are medically fragile and/or technologically dependent; visit website for details
