Eligibility | ACSD Children and youth 17 years and under with severe disability resulting in extraordinary financial costs; benefit based on family income and size, and severity of child's disability SSAH Children and youth 17 years and under with physical and/or developmental disability resulting in ongoing functional limitations; must require help in daily activities and more support than family can provide Enhanced Respite Children or youth 17 years and under who live at home, need 24-hour intensive care and monitoring, and are medically fragile and/or technologically dependent; visit website for details |
