Description (Service) Friendship Bench Program: 
* for teens and young adults attending high school, college or university 
* volunteers work with on campus groups to install a yellow friendship bench to remind students to get support if they are dealing with loneliness, depression or other mental health-related issues  
* bench is embossed with the URL:, which explains the purpose of the bench and promotes the mental health resources available at the school as well as a list of resources available provincially and nationally 
* also raises funds to support existing on-campus student mental health services and programs
