Program provides services to enable immigrants and refugees to integrate into Canadian society, including orientation programs, language and skills training to help find employment and programs to welcome newcomers to the community 
* English Classes: English as a Second Language (ESL) and Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) classes 
* Job Search Assistance 
* Settlement Assistance with access to Settlement Information Specialists and Commissioner of Oaths (by appointment) 
* Enhanced Language Training
