| Description (Service) | A day program for those with Alzheimer disease and related dementias Provides specialized therapeutic, social and recreational activities: * wheelchair accessible * secure environment * maximizes client independence * caregiver respite * programs adapt to changing abilities * builds on client strengths Provides support and education services to caregivers in Halton Region: * support groups * dementia information series for caregivers twice a year * resource library of books, videos, fact sheets |
