Halton Region Vaccine Program

To get the latest information on Halton Region’s COVID-19 Vaccine Program including who is currently eligible as well as transportation and accessibility options, please visit halton.ca/COVIDvaccines. Website is updated frequently as the program progresses, and residents are asked to check regularly for the latest information.
  • Anyone born in 2009 or older who lives, works or goes to school in Halton Region is eligible to be vaccinated for COVID-19
  • It is important that individuals receive both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
  • Walk-in appointments are available at Community Walk in Clinics and Pop-up Clinics on a first come, first served basis and dependent upon supply - no appointments are required
  • vaccinations are also available at many pharmacies and family physician's offices
  • third doses are now available for eligible individuals at Halton Region community clinics
  • Halton residents can call 311 if they require support
  • transportation options are available for residents if required; call 3-1-1 for further information
  • Vaccination receipts are available from the provincial portal or by calling the Provincial Vaccine Information Line at 1-888-999-6488.
Accessibility and Accommodation
  • American Sign Language interpretation is available and provided by a remote video interpretation service
  • wheelchairs are available at each of the clinic sites
  • language interpretation services are available by telephone on site for residents who do not speak English
  • if you will need an accommodation at the clinic, please let Halton Region know as soon as possible after booking your appointment by calling 311 or emailing accesshalton@halton.ca

Ontario Pharmacy Vaccine Program

Select pharmacies across Halton region are booking appointments for Prizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. Residents can get a vaccine through participating pharmacies if you are:
  • 12 or older on the day of your appointment to get the Pfizer vaccine
  • 18 or older on the day of your appointment to get the Moderna vaccine
  • you must have a valid Ontario health (OHIP) card, or other form of valid government-issued identification
  • most pharmacies require appointments ahead of time and some allow walk-ins. Check with the pharmacy before you go.
  • contact a participating pharmacy near you to book an appointment
