Halton Region Vaccine Program

To get the latest information on Halton Region’s COVID-19 Vaccine Program including who is currently eligible as well as transportation and accessibility options, please visit halton.ca/COVIDvaccines. Website is updated frequently as the program progresses, and residents are asked to check regularly for the latest information.Pfizer and Moderna vaccines are being provided at Halton community COVID-19 vaccination clinics.
  • Anyone five years or older on the day of vaccination who lives, works or goes to school in Halton Region is eligible to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
  • Halton residents aged 60+ and First Nation, Inuit and Métis individuals and their non-Indigenous household members aged 18+ can now book an appointment for a fourth dose /second booster dose of COVID-19 vaccine. All fourth dose/second booster doses at our Community Vaccination Clinics are by appointment only (no walk-ins). Book an appointment online now.
  • All other adult doses for those aged 12+ will be offered by walk-in or appointment. Paediatric clinics for those aged 5-11 remain walk-in only.
  • Vaccinations are also available at many pharmacies as well as other locations in Halton.
  • The COVID-19 In-home Vaccination service is available to eligible individuals if they are unable to be vaccinated outside of their home due to medical, physical, cognitive or psychosocial limitations. Eligible residents can submit a request for the COVID-19 in-home vaccination service by completing the COVID-19 in-home vaccination service form
  • Halton residents can call 311 if they require support
  • Transportation options are available for residents if required; call 3-1-1 for further information
Accessibility and Accommodation
  • American Sign Language interpretation is available and provided by a remote video interpretation service
  • wheelchairs are available at each of the clinic sites
  • language interpretation services are available by telephone on site for residents who do not speak English

Ontario Pharmacy Vaccine Program

Select pharmacies across Halton region are booking appointments for Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, now including Paediatric Pfizer doses for children age 5 to 11.
  • you must have a valid Ontario health (OHIP) card, or other form of valid government-issued identification
  • most pharmacies require appointments ahead of time and some allow walk-ins. Check with the pharmacy before you go.
