Description (Service) * all services are strictly confidential 
* can provide support where it is convenient to you & you feel most comfortable (coffee shop, your home, hospital or a confidential meeting space can be arranged)  
* meetings can be held throughout Halton region 
* provide workshops, training, education and raising the awareness about HIV as well as presenting the most recent information about HIV 
Support Services 
* Individual, family and group counselling for people living with HIV, affected and allies 
* Support for people with HIV, affected and allies 
* Practical services including transportation for medical appointments 
* Food security assistance 
* Complementary therapies (accessible in Hamilton) 
* Monthly support group 
* Linking to local community agencies and resources
