| Description (Service) | Ontario COVID-19 Testing Guidelines The Government of Ontario is responsible for the provincial guidelines for COVID-19 testing. Please check the most up-to-date Ministry testing guidelines to see if you should book a COVID-19 test at an Assessment & Testing Centre Testing is by appointment only, there are no walk-in Assessment Centres in Halton Region Booking an Appointment* book online at fhhealth.com/JBH* or call 437-826-2118 If you are unable to attend your appointment, please change or cancel it by following the instruction provided in your confirmation email Location* Testing Site is located in the North tower — adjacent to North Shore Boulevard and Maple Avenue* do not enter the hospital * use the parking lot off North Shore Boulevard * follow posted signage to the rear of the lot and park in a reserved space |
