Description (Service) Hospital visitation program that provides opportunities for new stroke survivors and their loved ones to meet with volunteers who have been through the stroke recovery journey * the goal of the program is to enhance quality of life, alleviate feelings of isolation, and help new stroke survivors re-engage in their community post-stroke
