Description (Service) A service which provides a hot noon meal, chair exercise and a social afternoon weekly for pre-registered seniors at three Oakville locations

Lunch and recreational activities provided at:
  • Sir John Colborne Centre, 1565 Old Lakeshore Rd * Wed 11am-2:30pm
  • Trafalgar Park Community Centre, 133 Rebecca St * Tue 11am-2:30pm
  • Iroquois Ridge Older Adult Centre at Iroquois Ridge Community Centre, 1051 Glenashton Dr * Thu 11am-2:30pm
