Youth and family situation assessment, counselling
  • support to address family challenges and to enable youth to stay-in-school, mental health and mental illness support
  • referral navigation
  • support for youth involved in the justice system, violence prevention
  • service delivered by community professionals

Hours Helpline -- Mon-Fri 9 am-9 pm, Sat-Sun 10 am-6 pmAppointment necessary for in person meetings

Eligibility Open to all youth and their families, culturally appropriate supports and services for Black youth and families with complex needs
