Description (Service) Transitional housing and supports

Rights of Passage -- life skills based program includes work, school or alternative day activity * mandatory savings plan * mentor program * supportive services * onsite residence and community apartments * maximum stay 12 months * onsite residence -- capacity 28 (10 females, 18 males)

The Rogers Home -- includes comprehensive wraparound support services * 24 hour support * life skills training, educational and vocational assistance, community-based trauma counselling and addictions treatment, and aftercare services * residence up to 2 years * capacity 7

Supported Housing Program for Young Women -- access to immediate and specialized supports, including mental wellness, substance use, health care and crisis case management * also longer term supports such as housing, vocational and educational planning * capacity 6

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) - 24 year(s) Rights of Passage: onsite residence -- youth and young adults 16-24 years who are residents of the emergency shelter or using Community Support Services, and who are working and/or attending school * community apartments -- youth and young adults 18-24 years participating in Covenant House programs, who are employed and progressing toward independence

The Rogers Home -- young women 16-24 years, who have been victims of human trafficking and/or sexual exploitation * includes trans women, survivors of honour-based violence or forced marriage, and women with mental health and addiction challenges

Supported Housing Program -- female identified individuals 16-24 years who are survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation
