Referral to short-term counselling for children, youth and their families, who are impacted by Internet exploitation * assistance in finding counsellor in local community
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-5 pm

Eligibility Survivors of internet exploitation who are, or were, birth-18 years at time of occurrence, and their immediate family members (must not have been charged regarding the reported occurrence), or immediate family member of person accused of an Internet exploitation offence

  • applicant must not have received funding from the ICE program or other government program, for the same occurrence

  • must not be receiving comparable benefits through private insurance or publicly funded community services

  • must reside in and services must be provided within Ontario

Application Call or email ICE Program Coordinator for referral process * self referral, or referral by teacher, police officer, victim services worker, or other trusted individual
Languages Interpretive services available, or referral to therapist who speaks client's primary language
Fees None - cost of counselling services paid directly to treatment provider
