Description (Service) Education, information, research and advocacy on employment rights, immigration status and access to settlement services for live-in and live-out caregivers * telephone peer support and referrals to local support groups * workshops and training on topics such as workplace rights, immigration, taxes, Employment Insurance, navigating federal caregiver programs, managing interactions with recruitment agencies, and community organizing * public awareness and social action
