* treatment for chronic pain, opioid use disorder (OUD), and alcohol use disorder (AUD) 
* HepC clinic 
* Mindfulness meditation
Hours By appointment only, call ahead 
* Mon 9 am-4 pm * Tue 9 am-6 pm * Wed 8 am-1 pm * Thu 8 am-5 pm * Fri 8 am-3 pm (closed daily for lunch 12:30 pm-1:15 pm)

People with opioid use disorder (OUD), alcohol use disorder (AUD), pain and the comorbidity of mental health
Application Medical referral required for pain and psychiatric services * self-referrals accepted for opioid use disorder (OUD) or alcohol use disorder (AUD) 
 
Wellbeings' physicians will see patients with dependency/OUD issues the same day or the next scheduled day in most cases
