| Description (Service) | Leagues include: * Jr. T-Ball for 4-year-olds * Sr. T-Ball for boys and girls five years and older * House league and rep league for boys and girls ages five and up Challenger Baseball league for children with cognitive or physical disabilities * no score is kept * players are assigned a volunteer buddy to assist, from pushing wheelchairs to helping with batting or protecting players from batted ball * buddy positions are suitable for high school students to earn Community Involvement hours * for information contact Kelly Scott at burlingtonchallenger@hotmail.com or see website Equipment and uniforms provided, players supply own gloves and shoes |
