* Community Room 1 (suitable for meetings and parties): capacity for up to 100 people * kitchenette 
* Community Room 2 (suitable for parties, meetings and recreation): capacity for up to 50 people * mirrored wall (can be covered) 
* Double Gym: capacity for up to 300 people * built-in sound system available 
* Single Gym: capacity for up to 100 people * kitchen * preschool toys available

Designated as a local cooling centre during times of extreme heat and a warming centre during times of extreme cold
