CommentsThe Acton Community Garden uses a cooperative model, allowing community members to learn about growing food and native plants together. 
There is no financial cost to participate (no rental fee). 
The twenty-bed garden located in Rotary Park off of Elizabeth Street grows a large variety of produce.

DutiesSuitable for anyone interested in getting outside to garden or learn about gardening. Volunteer skills needed for the 2016 growing season: 
• People able to water, weed and harvest 
• Fundraisers and a treasurer 
• Communications volunteer to be a liaison with the local paper
