Duties

No prior experience is required! You must currently be a high school student, or entering high school in September 2022 (aged 13-19), have strong communication and the ability to work well with others, and access to a computer (desktop or laptop) and the Internet.

The time requirement will vary for this role, as there will be 8 episodes, each episode will ideally have different interviewers.

Our goal is to provide a flexible and self-driven atmosphere where you’re free to explore your interests, gain new skills, and ultimately contribute to what we see as being a pretty cool initiative! Ideally, you’ll have some interest in gardening, food literacy, and sustainability.

We will do practice interviews with you to go over some skills and prepare you!

This volunteer position is entirely remote, and we welcome volunteers from any location! Interviews will take place over Zoom. We will give you a set of questions to help guide you, but we’re also open to working with you to develop interview questions about topics that are interesting to you.
