Duties | Provide practical assistance as needed. Identify longer-term needs by responding to victim's concerns. Supply the victim with appropriate options and referrals to services in the community. Volunteers are on call to the Burlington OPP 24 hours a day. Volunteers are specially trained to provide short term emotional and practical support to victims of tragic circumstances, fatalities, serious personal injury, crime and road trauma. |
