Youth volunteer leadership opportunity! Help make life better for children and youth in Halton! 
Our Kids Network is looking for 2 youth volunteer committee members 16 to 18 years-old, to join the OKN Community Planning Table.  
 
Our Kids Network (OKN) is a Halton-wide partnership of agencies that support children, youth, and families. The OKN Community Planning Table is a group of professionals who look at the main issues effecting children, youth and families and work to organize action at the community-level.  
 
- As a community member you'll use your own life experiences and knowledge to help us better understand what services, supports and programs are needed to improve life for youth in Halton.  
- Provide thoughts and opinions on what works well and what doesn’t, and on different types of supports and programs for youth. 
- Opportunity to earn community service volunteer hours.  
 
OKN is dedicated to ensuring that CPT volunteer positions reflect the diversity of the communities we serve, and we encourage applications from diverse groups including from Black, 2SLGBTQ, First Nations, Inuit and Metis persons.  
 
Meetings are currently held on Zoom until further notice.
