Description (Service) COVID19 -- Staff are working remotely and responding to email * physical offices and in-person services are closed until further notice, check website for updates

CPR training * e-tools for managing risk factors * expands public access to AEDs * links to local resources * nutrition information/recipes * online communities for survivors and caregivers * publications

Activate -- Wellness program for people over forty who are not on blood pressure medication * includes personal health coach and advice from a dietician, 2-month membership to YMCA, PC Optimum points to reward healthy behaviours and online content and health tracking * to apply book appointment
