Description (Service) Eligibility screening, language skills assessment and referral to English language government-funded programs * programs include Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC), LINC Home Study, English as a Second Language (ESL) programs, Higher-Level Language Training (HLLT) such as Enhanced Language Training (ELT), Occupation-Specific Language Training (OSLT), and Specialized Language Training (SLT)
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm * Evening & Saturday assessments also available

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Adults 18 years or older or with a high school diploma are eligible if they meet one of these criteria: Canadian Citizen born outside of Canada, Convention Refugee/Protected Person/Refugee Claimant, holding a letter of initial approval of permanent residence from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, worker admitted under the Live-In Caregiver Program, and applicants under other programs who have been approved but not yet had permanent residence status processed
