Individual Counselling and Support Groups
  • for all ages
  • one-on-one counselling by appointment
  • support groups where individuals can share lived experiences
Employment Services
  • professional counselling for pre-employment support
  • help with resumes, cover letters, job search strategies, assistance with online job applications, updates of social media profiles
  • Thursdays, 9 am-5 pm for appointments, telephone support, and email correspondence¬†
Youth and Young Adult Programming
  • for people 15 to 30 years
  • support groups, social outings, workshops, life skills building, community initiatives, fundraising drives
Sunny Days Camp -- summer camp for children 5 to 12 years

Thinking About Epilepsy 
  • for grade 5 classes
  • interactive-educational program that offers epilepsy awareness and seizure first aid to students and staff
Seniors Program 
  • for people 65 years and older
  • education, awareness and epilepsy first aid for seniors, their private caregivers and seniors home staff
