Tangerine Walk-In Counselling -- 45-minute phone-based consultations, register online at, clients will be called back to schedule an appointment Wed or Thu 10 am-6 pm

Online support program -- for youth14-24 years who have previously received mental health or counselling services * 8-weeks peer group support followed by 8-weeks individual support * begins June 15 -- contact for details

Hours COVID19 - Mon-Thu 8:30 am-8 pm, Fri 8:30 am-5 pm * Tangerine Walk-In Counselling (phone-based brief consultations) -- Wed-Thu 10 am-6 pm * Crisis Response -- Mon-Sun 24 hours * Centralized Access/Intake -- Mon-Fri 9 am-4:30 pm (messages left after hours are returned the next business day)
