| Description (Service) | Responsible for all matters related to Canadian passports. Its responsibilities include issuing, revoking, withholding, recovering and providing instructions on the use of Canadian passports. Visas are issued by the embassy of the country to be visited. | Application | Application forms can be obtained on the Passport Canada website, at any Passport Canada service location, and at any Canada Post outlet or Service Canada Centre.
