Description (Service) Independent organization dedicated to working with customers and their Telecommunications Service Providers (TSP) to resolve complaints relating to telecommunications services.

Application Customers must have already tried to resolve their disputes directly with their service providers. * If the matter remains unresolved, customers can then contact CCTS for assistance.
