Description (Service) Service providing responses to children who have written to Santa Claus * letters to Santa do not require postage * responses are in the language in which the letter was written * letters must be mailed by December 12th, 2019 * all mail should include a return address so Santa can write back * do not send treats, like cookies, in the letter 
Schools: letters must be mailed by December 6th, 2019 * put all the letters (or a group letter) in one large envelope, the checklist available on the website, and a printed class list * Santa will send back a personalized class poster and a small gift
