Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Provides group training sessions and coaching in athletics (track & field, road running and cross country) and multisport (triathlon, duathlon) as well as other resources for recreational and competitive athletes of all ages
  • also available to persons with disabilities who wish to participate in athletics or multisport 
  • will help match a visually impaired person with a guide, and have access to equipment such as competitive racing wheelchairs for other disabilities 
  • Glen Abbey Community Centre and Lions Valley Park are the primary meeting points for group training 
  • sanctioned with Athletics Ontario, and Triathlon Ontario  
  • part of the Minor Track Association and Ontario Masters Athletics

  • Juniors/Seniors/Masters Run workouts Tue and Thu 6 pm-7:30 pm, Sat 9 am 
  • Bike workouts Sun
