Description (Service) A welcoming community supporting each other through programs and resources to build friendships, strengthen each other, and create healthy neighbourhoods.  
 
Parent programs and support groups include: 
* parent & child drop in programs, Monday to Friday

* parent & child resource library & materials 
* Spanish, German, Japanese programs 
* financial literacy & utility payments
