Description and Service Details
Description (Service) Offers mental health system support and peer-run education and support programs throughout Mississauga and Halton for individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges 
* workshops and groups offered both in person and online, and provide a safe, non-judgmental space for peer-led conversations 
Services cover topics such as: 
* Anxiety Management, Self Esteem  
* Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) workshops 
* weekly drop-in groups running in multiple locations and online 
* programming for older adults 
* drop-in social recreational based program for youth ages 15-25

* offers a range of volunteer opportunities for individuals who have struggled with their own mental health and/or substance use challenges
Hours Office hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm * some groups/workshops are also held in the evening
