DescriptionHalton Region provides the Supports for Daily Living program to the residents of John R. Rhodes Seniors Residence and eligible individuals living in the surrounding Kerr Street neighbourhood. 
* from Dorval Drive east to Queen Mary Drive * from Speers Road south to Rebecca Street

EligibilityAges: 60 year(s) and up 
Senior residents who require some form of every day living assistance may be eligible for the program. 
Applicants must be able to direct and participate in their own care. 
Applicants must need personal support services on a daily basis  
* care needs cannot be met by community resources  
* care required is 1.5 hours a day needed throughout the day  
* require ongoing medication reminders  
* need 24 hour emergency response for risk issues such as falls  
* have emotional or mental health problems  
* have limited family support and caregiver stress
ApplicationApplication for housing at 271 Kerr St. must first be made to HATCH - Halton Access to Coordinated Housing * the applicant must also meet housing requirements (age 60)
